Taking the time to focus and visualize on the life that you desire is part of the process of using the law of attraction intentionally. So is there a specific time that will help you to focus and achieve your desires quicker? Believe it or not, there is.
There is a two step process that works really well for most people.
First, find a good time during the day to focus and visualize your desires 'in the now.' Finding ten minutes where you won't be interrupted and can see, feel, and enjoy the creation of your manifestation and the subsequent release of your creation into the Universe. When you think about your creation throughout the day simply emit thoughts and feelings of expectation and joy knowing your creation will become physically manifested through the Universe. Use your time during the day to work on feeling joyous in any situation of your life. Find the joy within and you will see the joy on the outside in the physical world. Work on changing your perceptions of the world because what you perceive is your world. By changing your perceptions of people and situations into the life that you want to see and live, it will happen.
So the first step of the process of focus and visualization can take place any time of the day that works best for you, but the second step is the one that can bring about faster results.
The second step involves your time right before bed. Sleeping is the time that your inner self goes where it wants to go while your physical self is getting the much needed rest it needs. The inner self or the Core Being is alert and full of energy at all times. It doesn't need the sleep. This is where it goes and takes care of anything it may need or want to do, including your desires. So the second step is to fall asleep with your life's desires on your mind; those desires that you want but not the lack of what you don't have yet. Whether it is an affirmation that sums up your desire or the desire itself, this is what you want on your mind before bed. Not the excitement of it all, that could keep you awake but the joyous expectancy of what is to come; the ease and calm of your mind and body when you have your life desires. This is what you should affirm or focus on. It is perfectly fine to fall asleep with these thoughts and feelings on your mind. Your subconscious will take these thoughts, especially if you repeat the process each night, and embed them in your mind. And it has a full eight hours while you sleep without any doubt or concern from you. You fall asleep thinking of your life desires and that they are attained, and the Universe will have a full night's sleep without the 'what if it messes up' thoughts and feelings.
Here's an example: You want a life of ease and joy. No more worrying about money and your career. You either create an affirmation that will work for you that sums up your desire like: "Large sums of money come to me quickly and easily for the highest good of all concerned, whether I am working, playing, or sleeping." Lull yourself to sleep with your affirmation. Before you begin, ask the Universe for any dreams to help to move your desire along and then begin your affirmation.
You can also just think and feel how wonderful it is to have all that you desire. See the images and enjoy them and just fall asleep knowing it is taken care of, no matter what it is.
Our dream states and sleep time are a perfect way to having our Core Being out working and helping the Universe to achieve the physical lives that we all desire. Use that time, as well as your awake time, to trust and know that the Universe brings to you what you focus on, and use this two step process to help your desires along through the law of attraction.

Visualizing At A Specific Time Can Speed Up Your Manifestation Process In The Law Of Attraction
on Thursday, March 5, 2009Labels: Beth McCain, Visualizing
If you have abandoned goal-setting in favor of using the law of attraction to manifest your desires, you may have missed some details of the law’s workings, and you’re giving up a powerful attracting tool. When you see how beautifully these two approaches to dream-realization complement each other, you can apply them in tandem to amplify your results.
The law of attraction has been the foundation of goal-setting systems all along. Napoleon Hill’s famous statement, “What you can conceive and believe, you can achieve,” has been at the heart of all good goal-focused programs for decades.
Both systems are based on the understanding of the universe as the storehouse of all possibilities. Both share the fundamental tenet that how much of the universal abundance we enjoy in our lives depends on how energetically we focus on what we want and how capable we are of receiving the manifestation of our desires. Both are grounded in knowing that thought continuously shapes the stuff from which all things are made—including the thinker himself.
The difference between the systems is really a superficial one. Proponents of the law of attraction place emphasis on “the universe” as the source of the action that gets things done; goal-setters put that responsibility on themselves. But when you understand that there’s no separation between man and the universe, that they are one and the same, the distinction between the two approaches disappears; it’s nothing more than semantics.
Generally speaking, though, most of us are a long way from seeing ourselves and the universe as the same. And for many people who are enthralled with their discovery of the law of attraction, the idea that they don’t have to “do” anything but hold the thought of their desires and be happy is its main appeal.
Only when you actually set out to specifically identify your desires and maintain both a positive emotional state and an unwavering focus on your desired outcome regardless of your circumstances do you discover how much “doing” the law of attraction actually requires.
The principles of goal-setting can be a tremendous aid in learning how to develop your “alignment” with your desire. And because acting to realize a goal generates a sense of yourself as capable, it produces an enhanced sense of self-worth that allows you to more effortlessly receive the gifts the law of attraction brings you.
Learning how to put plans into action has an additional benefit when you’re working with the law of attraction, too. One thing that the popular media coverage of the law doesn’t make clear is a fact that Charles Burke points out in his wonderful “Synchronicity Secrets” program: the universe frequently delivers our desires in the form of a do-it-yourself kit. It provides the resources, connections and opportunities for us. But because its purpose is to teach us to use our creative abilities here in the material plane, it leaves the job of assembling them to us. It brings us ideas and liberal hints on how to use them. But the using is still up to us to do.
It’s up to us to act on the opportunities it provides, to walk through the doors it opens. And to do so efficiently means developing a plan. Well-developed goals are like the instructions that come with the kit the law of attraction brings you. They’ll let you assemble the pieces in the most dynamic and efficient way.
So use the systems hand-in-hand if you truly want to see your dreams manifested in your life. Learn to be an active partner with the universe in making your dreams come true.
